Cancelled – Pilates workshop on 3/22, 4-5pm at the De Anza Park building

Struggling with low back pain and poor posture? Spend too much time sitting and want to feel stronger and more flexible? Then this workshop is for you. Pilates mat workouts balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Particular attention is paid to your lower abdominal and back muscles, as well as balance and flexibility. Breath awareness and posture improvement will also be explored in this one hour workshop designed for beginner to intermediate practitioners. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and a towel.
