2021 Grant: Hosted Neighborhood Gatherings

The Hosted Neighborhood Gatherings grant project was conceived in response to the long lock downs that accompanied the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to provide some relief for residents who missed our in-person events, the grant provided enhancements to our usual gatherings (e.g. hosting a knife sharpening event at our annual Harvest Share, raffles at NNO and the Block Party, etc.). Grant funds were also spent on catering in lieu of homemade dishes and desserts to alleviate any stress on neighbors providing refreshments.
